Return is not possible due to Hygiene (cosmetic products) and Food Safety
The purpose of atoko.nl is to guarantee full customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the delivered goods, you may exercise your right to return the purchased goods to us. We will only accept the return of goods if a mistake is made by us. It is not possible to return the goods to the us after the order has been accepted from our courier due to hygienic and food safety reasons. However, we do offer partial or full refund if an error is made by Atoko. An error can include one of the following two:
1. Wrong product sent. The name of the product is used as definition.
2. Product sent with very short expiry date or already expired.
Return address and confirmation
If your return request is accepted, we will send you an email with the address and further instructions to complete the return of products.
Once we collect the returned products, we will send you a confirmation email that the returned products have been accepted. Regardless of the used form of payment (ideal, credit card, cash on delivery) you will be refunded for the returned goods on the Bank account indicated in the Return Form. The time period in which you will be refunded depends on the form of payment used (approx. 7 working days).
